"While over the last six months the quality of my haircuts have gone down from great to average the one star is for two ridiculous occasions. 1. Stated on my print out is I have a bald spot and to leave my hair slightly longer to cover that spot. I proceeded to tell the stylist this and demonstrate where it was. The first thing she did was go over it with a buzzer and say oops I thought it was higher I hope you will still give me a tip. 2. I checked in online with a approximate wait time of 0 min. and arrived at the store two min. later in which one costumer was waiting with my name above hers on the list. After waiting ten minutes they took her first over my objections stating I needed to be in the store before her. If that was the case why would I ever online check in? If it said approximate wait time one hour/arrival time and I showed up in a hour and ten people were in the store my wait time would be even longer than if I had gone immediately. This added forty minutes to my drive home because of rush hour traffic."

"Worst customer service I have experienced in my life. She did a poor job on my haircut and when I asked her to fade my haircut style she gave me a look of unsatisfactiom; when I provided the payment she threw the receipt on the counter and as I said thank you so much I appreciate it she responded with a very nasty “mhmmu”. Worst experienced I have ever had. Her name was ANITA. Pd. She also complained to work all day because her coworker didn’t have a babysitter so she said: “people should not been having kids if they don’t know what they are doing” as my partner walked in she pursed her mouth as uncomfortable 😣"

"Never ever again will I go to a sports clips. I told the lady just take a little off, I look up and its butchered. Maybe the worst hair cut I have ever had in my life. It was clear she wants to get me in and out as quickly as possible. I specifically told her just a little and boom...it looks like she wants even listening to me. I would not go back here under any circumstances. Just horrable."

"I have never received anything but the best service here. The cuts are precise, the stylists gregarious, and the atmosphere pleasant. This is a top notch joint in my book!"

"I came by Monday at 10:30. Though the sign on the door says they're open from 10 AM to 8 PM, their website says they're open from 10 AM to 8 PM, as does Yelp and other online applications, the doors are locked and the lights are off. There's no sign on the door saying that they have stepped out of the building and will be back - there's no explanation whatsoever."

"Better than great clips, but still a shitty chain place to get a haircut. The atmosphere is obviously way over the top, but I have had about 50% better luck getting a good haircut here rather than a great clips or a supercuts. The employees are comfortable not making small talk if you don't want to, so that's nice. But their required up-sells and phrases are really annoying. No, I don't want to upgrade to an "MVP", I don't want some random person rubbing all over me. How many times do I have to say no before they're allowed to stop asking? The answer isn't 4."
